Our current approach
JL99Blog uses essential storage only where it is needed to deliver, secure, or maintain the website. Essential technology may support traffic management, abuse prevention, session continuity, or a preference required for a function to work. It is not used simply because a tool would be commercially useful.
Optional technologies
If we introduce analytics, advertising, personalization, or other optional technologies, we will update this policy and provide any consent or preference controls required before activating them. A clear notice should explain the category, purpose, provider, and duration rather than treating optional tracking as necessary.
Affiliate links and external websites
Following an editorial or affiliate link takes you to a separate website. That destination may set cookies or use similar technologies for security, accounts, analytics, advertising, or personalization. Those tools are controlled by the third party and governed by its policies, even when JL99Blog may receive a referral commission.
Your browser controls

Controls vary by browser and device, so consult the current help documentation for your software. Deleting storage on JL99Blog does not remove information held by an external service.
What blocking may affect
